"Agreed with the last reviewer. We went to this location. The manager was here and only seemed interested in speaking with her associates. And “hanging out”. We were not even greeted. Will not be back. Expected more especially from the Southlake location."

"Love aeri and was so excited to see them in southlake however will probably not go back unless I need to. I was the only one in the store and none of the associates acknowledged me didn’t say hi or bye or anything. I was in and out of the fitting rooms multiple times one of them eventually asked if I was ready to check out and I said no I don’t really know what I’m doing haha (looking at bras) and no one offered to help they were too busy playing dress up and being on their phones behind the counter. ended up going to Victoria secret to get fitted and had an amazing experience wish I could have done the same at aeri especially as someone who has an ae credit card and loves their clothes. Would have spent so much more money if the sales associates did their jobs. Maybe don’t hire 16 year olds and make it 18+ like other retail stores do for a reason."
"Shop here if you want your clothes to be drenched in toxicity. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional, which is surprising considering the location's extremely recent inception. Think of the most arrogant, nasty, and fake people and that pretty much sums up the Southlake Aerie staff."
