"I ordered a rug online and patiently waited for pickup at this location. A few days had passed so I called to check the status of my pickup order and the call center agent was informed by the manager of this location that my item was not available any longer because it was sold. Despite me already paying for the item, and not yet being notified of pickup, the manager insisted that all items are available “first come first serve”. I understand the store is going out of business and all items need to go, but I never even had a chance to pickup my item before it was sold from under me. Now I have to drive across the metroplex to the Conn’s in Hurst to pick up the same item. A huge hassle that could’ve been avoided with better communication."

"I went to Conn’s in Plano to make a purchase that included a refrigerator, and end tables, nightstands, and a dining set. I had spoken with Kevontae on the Saturday before I made the purchase and he had shown me all the furniture and appliances. We picked it out, but we didn’t purchase that day. I came in on a Thursday and made the purchase for everything that I needed! Justice was the one who helped me that day. He was nice, personable, helpful, and even made sure that. Kevontae received recognition for the sale. I highly recommend Cons in Plano. I made my purchase and Justice set up my delivery super quickly and I live about 50 miles from Plano! Everyone there was very nice and helpful and their items are great quality and decent priced! Go visit Kevontae or Justice today!"

"We were ready to purchase a dining table set, but the salesperson completely botched it. While applying for financing, it took over an hour for them to get approvals. This very unusual process certainly left a bad taste. After finally getting the approvals, we were told to call the delivery service number the next day to ensure delivery on the specified date. Upon calling, we discovered they had the incorrect address and name. We were told we'd have to come back to the store to correct the information. I could maybe understand an incorrect address, but it blows my mind that my name was incorrect even after providing my driver's license for verification during the finance approval process. From that point, we were frustrated and canceled the order. It was a complete waste of time, and we will never shop at Conn's again. I wouldn't recommend it to others either."

"We were helped by Neil the other day in order to buy dining room furniture and everything seemed to go well until the next morning when we found out they put the wrong name and address associated with our email and phone number. And in order to correct it we would have to start the process all over again. If you look at the drivers license and email YOU WOULD THINK that you get the correct name on the form and that you would confirm the address. And I know we told him the address because I remember my husband tell THE MANAGER the address. What a horrible experience."
