"I paid Arnie $98.00 to diagnose my washing machine. Allegedly, he ordered the part from two suppliers, however, it wasn't received? I can't understand why he didn't order the part on line instead of making me wait for two weeks? To help out, I ordered the part, which took a day to receive. He promised to call back to install the part once he and his son recovered from illness. After I didn't hear from him, I called another technician who repaired it the next day. He basically took my money, left me without a washing machine for weeks, didn't keep his promise, and ghosted me! Customer beware!!!"
