"I am a big Home Depot fan. I shop at Home Depot all the time at the store in Flower Mound. I know the store manager quite well and a number of their key employees. The Flower Mound store was out of what I needed, so I went to the Lewisville store. That store is incredibly dirty. Dirt and dust cover most of the merchandise, and I do not think they ever wipe anything down. I did not buy what I wanted since it was so dirty. I will wait until the Flower Mound store gets back in what I want. I realize it is a working warehouse, but the Flower Mound store is very clean. Lewisville store, take a hint from the Flower Mound store."

"So many cute deals on holiday plants and accessories... I love that the plants were healthy and rooted, taken care of better than the usual starter holiday plants. Nothing was artificial or painted, and everything rang up 50-75% like it was advertised. The garden cashier was polite and efficient, and the store was being re-stocked and organized by several friendly and super-expressive employees who were extra mindful to their tasks. Oh, and I had to stand in line for customer service for about five minutes and was helped quickly and without any issues. Found everything on my list and then some."
"Fastest return/exchange I’ve ever experienced. I bought a ladder and noticed it was missing a bottom rubber cover for a leg. She had one right there someone canceled their order for the exact same ladder. I think I was out of there in less than 4 minutes. Excellent customer service."
"Customer service was very good at this store. I was looking at a specific item and noticed it had damage to the box, and two employees came over to help. They searched the store for another one and didn't give up until I had what I needed. Store manager was nice too. I'm tellin' ya, customer service is the most important part of a successful business model, and this store excels in it. 5 stars."
