"Cons is a big cons. They don't tell you everything. May only tell you the stuff that they think you're gonna be happy about in the contract. And then they make you skip over the stuff that you really need to know like that. They take $290 from the 6030 dollars, and they only give you back 365 dollars, saying 5%. What are you doing with my $290 that I never received the product at all. I just changed my mind. I did not want the product. They should have gave me my money back."

"This is a review who has been a costumer for a while already. I've been financing TWO things from Conns which were pretty expensive, I'd expect good quality but it's not. Broke down within the year and when you think you're covered by warranty, guess what? You're not. a ticket has to be submitted in order to receive any kind of response from the third party seller who is supposed to fix your stuff, Conns can't help, they can't help, so before you know it, you got a 2,000 balance, broken furniture and no one to help you, welcome to Conns! Ps, I've spoken to so many people in hopes to get help and everyone turns away. They claim to assist me but they NEVER have helped me. Received defective equipment and refuse to help. They're quick to charge you but aren't quick enough to help you in need. If I was a new client, I would've gone next door. The furniture was WAY cheaper and actually good quality. Stay away from Conns."

I am grateful to Ronnie and the entire Conn’s team for pulling together and keeping shopping light and fun during such unknown times. I had a wonderful time here today. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pushy sales. I am pleased with the items I selected including the total purchase price. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Highly recommend this store above all others."
