"Awesome food made to order and very fresh. The menu is expansive with something for everyone. As far as the ramen, the broth is packed with flavor and plates are loaded. Laid back atmosphere with comfortable seating. Friendly and fast service. Waiters always make sure you're not missing anything and ensure you have the best dine-in experience."
"Hakkasen Ramen is quite a delight! a great balance of heat and umami dances around this bowl, the sweet corn and long cut scallions come forward with sweet and fresh flavors for this beautiful bowl. The pork dumplings were also quite good. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, the only stinger is the often have wait time line. But im solo so i go to the bar lol."
"Interesting place for Ramen noodles. Competitive pricing for add ins that were still fresh. I look forward to going back and try other things on the menu. Our waitress seemed preoccupied and had trouble getting our orders correct."
