"This is one of my favorite places to eat but my first time at this location. I waited in line for 20 minutes after I ordered to finally get to the window for them not to have my order because no one that takes orders spoke English. Instead of saying they didn’t understand they said they couldn’t hear me initially but finally admitted they didn’t speak it and found a worker to help. Just tell me you don’t and I will happy to use Google Translate. I then waited for another 10 minutes. The beans/rice/tortillas were good as usual. But the chicken was burnt and dry. Will still not go to this location again."
