"Waited a long time for my drive through order, i was sent to the dreaded waiting parking spot and watched 1/2 a movie before my order arrived. We got home with the wrong burgers, well not exactly the wrong burgers, they were just missing some meat!! The drive through person seemed pleasant, and the person who finally brought my order to me seemed pleasant, and apologetic about the wait, that is the only thing positive i can say about this establishment. I've had a previous bad experience at this location, and it had been some time since I've been there. I was hoping for a better experience, but that was not the case, disappointing. I miss the old days when quality meant something, I'll just drive to another location in the future, cross my fingers and hope for better results. I have a feeling that I'm just setting myself up for failure. I have to keep hope alive, otherwise we're all doomed."

"I wanted so much to like it. The fact that I ordered a Boba Milk Tea, which is one of the easiest things on the menu, and still, they didn't get it right! So disappointed that I spent money and still only got like 10 boba. On top of that, the boba was disgusting and old, they should no longer sell it!!! Not worth the price I paid at all!!! Will not be returning in the foreseeable future to get more disappointment!!"

"This is the worst fast food location I have ever visited. I loved jack in the box in Ft Worth, but when I moved here several years ago I had to come here. Dirty cooking oil and half cooked stuffed jalapeños. All those black spots on the fries are from old dirty oil. And the peppers were stuck together the entire 2:00 minutes they have to fry so they did not cook properly. Did staff catch this? Nope. Does anyone care? Nope. Don’t come here. People should step up the quality of the food they eat, and the people that cook and serve it to them."
