"If you've been looking for Matamoros/Valley 956 style Tacos this is the spot! Tastes just like the ones from the valley! They are a small taco truck and always have people but honestly it's worth the wait, haven't been able to find authentic valley tacos anywhere else in the dfw, I just really hope they add lonches to their menu soon!"

"Oye Taquito unquestionably stands out as a taco haven in the metroplex, boasting some of the most delectable creations I've ever had the pleasure of savoring. Our order, a delightful combination of mini tacos featuring the tantalizing fusion of half pastor and half bistec, left an indelible mark on my taste buds. The artistry of Oye Taquito truly shines in their meticulous seasoning of both meats—each bite was a harmonious symphony of flavors that showcased culinary expertise. The green salsa, a culinary masterpiece in itself, struck a perfect balance between heat and flavor, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to an already exceptional culinary experience. Venturing beyond tacos, we couldn't resist exploring the quesadillas, which featured the same expertly prepared pastor and bistec. To no surprise, these quesadillas were nothing short of awesome, marrying the richness of the meats with the cheesy embrace of the tortilla. While the service did demand a bit of patience due to the evident popularity of Oye Taquito, the wait was unequivocally justified by the unparalleled gastronomic journey that followed. Every moment of anticipation was met with a burst of flavor that surpassed expectations, making the overall dining experience a memorable one. Oye Taquito is not just a restaurant—it's a culinary haven that elevates the taco game to new heights. From the perfectly seasoned meats to the exceptional green salsa and beyond, every detail is a testament to their commitment to excellence. The wait may be a small price to pay for the symphony of flavors that awaits, making Oye Taquito a must-visit for any discerning food enthusiast in the metroplex."

"If you’re from the valley you most definitely would appreciate this little food truck in the dfw area. Real Mexican food, Not a big selection but all the flavor. Nice little open area with a few picnic tables under a canopy. There was a 45 minute wait with about 14 people in front of me. Worth the wait."
