"These young men are stand up guys, they didn't hesitate to stand up for a damsel in distress, when an old guy was picking on a teenager, they ran him off and made sure they went separate ways. Good job guys!!!!!"
"Have to order food onscreen with zero human interaction to get questions answered. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Men's bathroom was like a stinky, dirty gas station bathroom. Don't bother going there."
"When you order from the inside it's at the kiosk only. And if you are paying with cash you have to go to the counter to pay, this is the part that is unarguably the worst. Either they are extremely short on staff or have no regards for their customers who stand at the counter for 10 minutes or longer just to pay and have their order put in. Then if the drive thru is super busy it can take the staff even longer to get the lobbies order out, cause of low level importance."
"Why would you order online only to get to the restaurant and they don't have your order ready because they can't find it. The staff act like you shouldn't order food because they don't want to do their job. And when they give you your order is cold my chalupa was cold and hard, my crunchy taco was soggy and cold."
"We did not get the hot sauce we asked for, but overall the prices are very reasonable and the food is decent. Obviously this is a taco bell and does not compete with higher end restaurants however for a taco bell I think 4 stars is fair."
