"Set appt for tech to come by house for appliance repair and was told it would be a 9-11am window. Did not receive call from tech till 1054am. He said that I was next and he was only 10-15 mins away. At 1125am. he still hadn't arrived with no other calls made to me. At 1126 I called and canceled service. He shows up at 1130. Refused his service. Poor planning"
"Isn’t wonderful when people show up on time and do a great job. One of the burners on my Jenne-Aire gas range quick working and Ace replaced the entire knob panel. A couple months later another knob quit working and they warranted the whole unit, replacing the entire panel. With a smile I must add. Great company"
"Ace's appliance repair has saved my life on more than one occasion! Whether it's my dryer dying right as I have my home birth, or the washer making noise the day before my daughter's wedding! Ace's appliance has been there to fix it! The owner Steve is amazing, and he has an amazing staff! Of course I have my favorites, but they are all competent and all around good guys. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!"
"A very courteous repairman came out in October to look at my washing machine and stove top. He offered a suggestion to "fix" the problem I was having with my washer. It did fix the problem of which I'm grateful. I also had him look at my stovetop. I had taken the whole stove to another repair place when the same thing happened a few years previously. A wire was loose at that time. This repair man didn't open the back of the stove at all. He told me the board was bad and needed to be replaced. He called someone where after about 15 minutes on the phone he told me it would be upwards of $400.00. Needless to say, I did not have that done. I know it's a loose wire and if he would have just fixed it to eak out a few more months or years that would have been great. They do have a 3 month warranty on work (which is nice) however, he did no work on it at all and I figured why tell them to come back out to not look at it again. Very disappointed"
