"Let me talk about my experience at the Amazon return counter at Keller’s KOHL’S this morning: I had two return QR codes, and under each QR code were different items. The female clerk who worked at 11:46 AM this morning misplaced my items. She put a USB-C security key worth $65 into a bag that did not belong to the same QR Code. I immediately showed her my return email, The email clearly states that there is only a yogurt maker under the QR return Code, and there is no USB-C security key mentioned. But she insisted on returning the items that did not belong to the same QR Code together! She didn’t listen to my explanation and had a very bad attitude! I think she did it on purpose because I already showed her the content of the return email, but she still didn’t take out the misplaced items and complained to me with a bad attitude. Perhaps the reason why she did this was that she thought my English was not good and did not dare to defend my legitimate rights and interests. That’s why she may have wanted to play a prank……Then she laughed at me contemptuously and complained about me to other customers… The point isn't that she misplaced something, the point is: she did it on purpose! After my firm objection, she reluctantly had to take the security key out of the packaging bag that had been put into the yogurt maker! She is really not suitable for service work. She adopts different attitudes towards different customers! It wasn’t until I called the manager out that she stopped laughing at me to other customers… When the manager asked her about the situation, she started lying again. She refused to admit that she had just put the wrong item. I believe all the customers present knew that she was lying! Everyone saw how she treated me! My home is only 6 minutes away from this store, I have been going to this store for 14 years and have never been in a situation like today, I think Kohl’s needs to find an honest person to handle Amazon returns. Except for this rude clerk today, I am very satisfied with the nice manager’s patience and professional work attitude!"

"Love the sales and Kohl's cash. Nice selection of women's and men's clothing. There's a big perfume section. They have many nice things here. The line at the cash registers moves pretty fast. Cashiers are friendly. It was fairly easy to get help if we needed it. Plenty of parking."

"Great experience. Was in and out. Just picking up an online order. Is confusing getting in line to do that. Ended up right where I entered because I had to follow the signs and then get told I needed to come.to the end register . Where I could have started at. Why is this like this at every store anymore? It's a TRAIN! Anyway, the young man was courteous and got my package with a sincere friendly disposition. We talked about the weather. I didn't shop. This is the Keller Kohls."

"Always a bit drab but...what department stores make things interesting these days so I can't blame them too much on the lack of colors or music. Generally I just use kohl's to return Amazon products but occasionally they have decent cheep stuff I buy."
