He also listened to the brands we were familiar with and our opinions on them and helped us form a decision based on that info. We ended up buying a matching washer/dryer set. Stellar customer service and great prices, we will definitely be back in the future!"

"Went looking for a good price on a used dryer when ours broke before Christmas. The prices were very high and they offer no warrantee at all. Ended up going to Lowe's purchasing a brand new dryer with warranty for less than their beat up used ones. Shop around before you spend your money. In response to the reply I want to see I specifically asked about a warranty for a new dryer you had and was told there is no warranty and there was no manufacturer warranty. Maybe you need to have a chat with your sales people if you actually do offer warranties because they're giving out the wrong information to customers"

"Beware! You will end up paying more than if you just went and bought a new one. I bought a used dryer a year ago and when it stopped working I called Keller Appliance only to find out that I had to get it back to them. Once I loaded it up and took it back to them they end then told me that I would have to pay them $49 for them even to tell me what was wrong with it. And after that I would have to pay for service and repairs. So $400 last year and then possibly a couple of hundred dollars this year, I would have been better off just buying a new one. Steer clear of this business. EDIT - the photos seen in this review were after unloading of the dryer. Employee mishandled during unloading causing the top to pop off."
