Sam's Club

"First of All, this store is the worst and I can assure you, it starts at the top. Numerous occasions I have tried to resolve issues with the GM but she just doesn't care. I have several concerns, why, when I buy a bag of onions do I end up throwing half of them away because they are rotten on the inside. Why can't I buy romaine lettuce that was not packaged 15 days ago, leave 3 to 4 days for me to consume. Why has the quality of the Members Mark brand declined so much. Why does Sam's not provide a number where a complaint can be made at a higher level than a minimum wage customer service agent (by the way, I have used that route in the past and never heard back from anyone). Why is Sams Club trying so hard to look just like Costco. I use to prefer Sam's Club, now I just go to Costco. This store is terrible, I hope Grapevine re-opens soon."

"I had Sam’s in Keller take care of replacing all tires in December last year, 2023 and they did a great job taken care of that. Recently, I had an instant that caused me to need a replacement of both passenger side tires the towing that is added to the benefit of buying the product there worked perfectly even at 4 o’clock in the morning I’m happy to say but Nathan I believe that’s what his name is at the Keller. Sam’s was great he remember me from before made me feel good about that took care of me and my blown tires and I was able to pick up my car and only have to pay $40 for those to be replaced which was a sigh of relief."

"I went to regular check out today with a cart full of stuff. Helping my daughter so we had an infant and 2 year old in tow. I asked for help loading our groceries into the cart and the clerk looked at me like she was befuddled. I said we need help loading the cart and she could not get anyone to come. The clerk herself would not help. The store was not busy. If I wanted no help I would have gone to self check out. I asked employees walking by for help and they kept on walking. It was more than disappointing, it was shocking!"

"This location has a bad design layout for the tire and battery center. If you need to go to the tire or battery center you have to go all-the-way around the main entrance through the crowds at the register then past the food court just to get there. They will not let you walk through the exit door which would be normal like Costco or other Sam’s club locations and there’s no entrance door from outside the building. The main front door employees are not very understanding or nice about this either. Rating is based on convenience."

"Clean layout of store. Easy to find items and good selection. Mostly self check out at registers meaning less staff on hand to help out with check out issues. Room for improvement in customer service."
