"Of all the whataburger's I've gone to this is the worst. Multiple times having ordering issues where I order food and show up and it's not ready or not in system, late or not. Got an offer for a free honey butter chicken biscuit and place the order. I arrive 20 mins later than pick up since it's never ready on time and when I get there, surprise no order available and they tell me they will figure it out. 20 minutes pass and people are getting their orders and the front desk person finally goes back and asks and they are like just tell him to cancel the order and send him out. We aren't making breakfast, despite seeing that I placed the order at that location for that time frame. They just didn't make the food."

"Came here for breakfast. When we walked in, there were two people standing in line and no one to take our order. Finally after a few minutes, a lady came up to the front. She was making coffee, pouring drinks, delivering food items, and so many more things. Meanwhile, there were three other employees just standing around. Ordered the new "Bowl" and it came out a few minutes later. It's literally a sausage biscuit with eggs smothered in gravy. I don't know what I was expecting, but it is just added gravy."
