"My ramen noodles were clumped and uncooked… I informed the staff and they were like “ok”… minimum tip is 18% for simply taking an order… no delivery to table. So not recommend…"
"2.5 stars isn't an option so I rounded up but I got the chicken katsu and it was disappointing. Very strong ginger flavor that took over everything else, the chicken was alright at best and the rice was also okay. The salad it came with tasted good but was tough to chew. the whole time I was eating I was kinda upset since I paid 14$ for it but to be fair everything else nearby was also expensive. The service was alright though I liked how they gave me a buzzer to let me know when the food was ready."

"Mar 2023 We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Miso Ramen, and Hirata Buns. The ramen is good and the Hirata buns were tasty. 2022 Ordered the Shoyu Ramen and it was pretty good. It wasn't busy and my food came out quickly. The whole food court was pretty busy and packed."
