"Never again. I took my family there. To grab a quick bite on our way to choir rehearsal. 15400 Old humble rd. They went inside. 12/2/23 about 5:20pm. I asked them to grab some dipping sauces. My son grabbed two and I believe his mom grabbed two. Instead of just being told that they would have to pay for the other two dipping sauces which we would have gladly paid for. The lady did not know that I and my son understand Spanish. And I actually speak a nice bit myself. It should begin to curse my son. I went back in and I told the young lady at the front I said my son's were talk to ruly behind two dipping sauces. And immediately the woman who had apparently spoken to them, all of a sudden spoke up rudely talking about two extra sauces and like it was the end of the world. But never addressing me as a customer or concerned parent. And if the general manager looks at the cameras you received that I definitely didn't come in to the place aggressively. I would have gladly paid for. I believe she was the manager or supervisor because her shirt was different. If she is the person that's in the lead at that place. And everyone there will be affected by her negativity. Horrible experiences over two dipping sauces."

"This Jack In the Box is so unprofessional! Argued with me over my REFUND in front of customers for almost 20 minutes. Management refused to speak with me and made no attempts to diffuse the situation. They spoke about us in Spanish and debated amongst each other about giving me my MONEY BACK. You should not be arguing with customers over $3. WHILE ALSO ACCUSING ME OF HAVING A SNACK WRAP. They gave me the food and took it back into the kitchen several times. The employees should not be escalating situations with customers. They even threatened to call the police on me and denied me my full refund. I want to speak with a MANGER ASAP! NO RECEIPT WAS PROVIDED DURING ANY OF MY TRANSACTIONS. THE RUDE MANAGER DENIED MY REQUEST TO MY RECEIPT! This is not how valued customers should be treated and I fell the mangers did not handle the situation accordingly. Order total $20.22 look it UP"

"The line to order was very short but the line to wait for your food was ridiculous. There were 4 cars ahead of me and the cashier told me to move up as if there was a place to move up to, to wait for my food. My food was only 2 tacos and a sourdough jack, which I figured would be fresh and hot since I had to wait but was cold."

"I swear I never had such good service from a fast food restaurant, adalia is the best at what she does! She never forgets anything, always nice and responsive. Always makes sure I have everything I need, including condiments, sauces! This women is always a delight to see and I’m happy that she’s taking my order because I know I’m in good hands!
