"Was never greeted I was walked past by employees I waited patiently to be acknowledged and no one ever came to take my order so I left the premises I do not like to be treated this way after a long work day ."
"Incompetent woman at the cash register, pulled up to the window to pay and was completely ignored while they were browsing on their phone. They even looked over 3 times and didn’t even acknowledge. 1.30.2024 approx 10:15pm. Had to go to the second window and confusion ensued all because she didn’t want to do her job."
"i pulled in through the drive through at about 1:20am to pick up an uber eats order i was delivering and they told me to pull forward. i pulled up to the window and the young lady who gave me the order did so without a single word, locked the window and disappeared. i waited for a moment to ask if that was the complete order and even honked my horn to try to gain the attention of one of the other two ladies i could see and nobody even looked in my general direction. this is very, very poor customer service."
