"The staff don't pay attention, can't handle customers concerns, and the owner is extremely rude . I'd give a zero if I could because the entire order was disgusting, and ended up in the trash. We've definitely had better and that was our first and last time visiting this place. UPDATE TO OWNER: It's not defamation when it can be proved that we were customers and our review is that the service and food was HORRIBLE, but nice try! FYI - Credit card receipts don't lie that meals were purchased."

"hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to out of six states! the service is second to none, with customer service being a top priority and it's very obvious. I have introduced four people to Vy's and each were impressed by the level of customer service and food quality. The food is fresh, filling and will leave you satisfied. highly recommend!! PS: you won't regret the Spring Roles."
"We ordered pho & sandwiches to go for our son's birthday. This place used to be very good until yesterday. The sauce and siracha were mixed together in the sampling cup and we didnt know till my dad ate them and he couldnt eat spicy food. Same thing with the viet hoagie sandwiches. They sprinkle the soy sauces and siracha in all the hoagies and none of my kids could eat. So disappointed. Wont come back."
