"We walked in on a Monday night at 7:10 pm and were met by the attendant who couldn’t do anything for us because he “had all these Togo orders”. Last time I checked, customer service is the next customer standing in front of you who needs a service. Unfortunately this has happened before. As my husband and I drove away without sandwiches, the attendant was not doing anything with “ all those Togo orders”."
"Ordered off the app at 4:40 p.m. said it would be done by 5:00 and here I sit at 5:35 still waiting on that order with Walkins being taken care of first as my sandwiches just sits there worst service ever. Do not recommend.update got the sandwiches and all wrong.will never go to this location again.just WOW."
"This subway was very interesting. I came here for to get some dinner to go and I was pretty happy with what I got. So I think they get more online orders than in-store orders, because when I arrived the employees were busy making the online orders. It took about 8 minutes before I could get served. Once I was served, the employee was pretty nice. So when you come here, expect a little wait. The food I got was delicious. I ordered a flatbread and salad. The flatbread tasted good. The salad was good, but very overpriced. In my opinion: Subway is not the place to go for salads. Tldr: Good subway with good food and employees. It’s also very clean. 10/10 would recommend"
"Ever since the new management team took over this place has been much better. They are much more organized and the young men working are very kind. They say "Welcome to Subway" and let me know of they are training so I can expect a little slower process. The cleanliness lf the store has improved since the change as well. I would encourage anyone who previously went to this location to revisit, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised."
