"HORRIBLE , DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered a chili cheese dog and it came with chili and mustard. I also had gotten tater tot’s and had gotten fries instead. WE WERE THE FIRST IN LINE AND WE WERE WAITING for a whole hour just to get our food . I called on the phone and the lady claims the order came in as a chili cheese dog and MUSTARD. I even sat there and had them read the order back to me as just a chili cheese dog before they even handed me my food. As someone who doesn’t give people in the food industry a hard time I just told them to have a good night but I looked at all the food and every single thing we ordered is WRONG. They didn’t even give us the right burritos."
"Sonic is popular for a reason. They're usually pretty quick, the burgers are hot, and the drinks are icy cold. They also have the best ice. Today, I stopped by for a junior burger and tea. My order was taken promptly and delivered with a smile. I appreciate the convenience of paying right after I order and being given the opportunity to tip my car hop. It's not the healthiest choice around, but it is tasty."
"Waited 45 minutes for my food. The store wasn't busy only a few cars. My shake was only half filled. I'm glad the they built a McDonald's down the street so I no longer have to waste my time or money to get a decent burger and shake."
"Love Sonic Drive In's in general, but this location does not check the orders so things are often missing or incorrect. Perfect example tonight ordered a custom soda with extra flavors that you are charged for. Instead they hand out a tea. Management needs to train staff to check orders before sending anything out."
"BBQ chicken... Should be sauce less chicken. Can't be difficult to actually prepare the order correctly. It's worth driving a few extra miles to a different Sonic. And you send the same response to any negative feedback. Stop with the auto response... it means nothing and shows you have no intention to make any changes. Yet another reason to not spend my money with you."
