"Do not order to-go at this location. Several orders were lost in the kitchen. After waiting hour after my eta pick up I was told they can't find my ticket in kitchen. They found my order in system but would not print a new kitchen ticket to expedite or get it started. More than half the people there for pick up had same issue where they could not find their tickets either in the kitchen. They did not prioritize the orders they had in the kitchen based on when orders where placed. Only solution offered was the manager offering to refund but then had us leave and said would process refunds later tonight."

"Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Unlike any other location we’ve been to. Lunch meal with 10 boneless wings, fries and drink only $11 which we split! Fresh, hot and tender. Well worth the price. The area of town is a bit busy at lunchtime though."

"We came in here on a Friday night after some high school football. It was about 11pm and they were open until 1am so it looked like a good option. It wasn’t busy when we arrived and the hostess took us to a table immediately. Once we got to the table we were completely let down. The floors, table and seats were sticky. Not a little, like something was spilled and not wiped off sticky. There was food and utensils on the floor. The menus had food and sauce dried on them. There was plenty of staff on hand, talking to each other and on their phones. Really no excuse for the conditions. Needless to say we did not order food. If the conditions are this bad where I can see them, I can only imaging the places I can’t see. We won’t be going back to this location again."

"The drinks are over priced and when they think they can pull a fast one they will. Severed us old food trying to rush and get back to tending to her 4 children. The bartender took our order while holding her baby. I know this is a family friendly establishment but there still needs some professionalism in the work place."
