"Just left and I have been coming to this exact location for years. Wont be back. First, the waitress/hostess made is wait at the front forever to be seated (there were only 4 other tables). Then she tries to squeeze 4 of us between two other full tables despite there being another section basically empty. Then she was rude about everything! She has long dark hair with blue bangs. The hair was cute but her attitude was not! Took forever for drinks and the place was not busy. Another waitress, was in the eating area standing there eating in front of people. Ive waited tables and you dont grab a snack in front of customers. Half the toppings were out. And when we got our ticket and the waitress handed us the card machine - we were not upset about the price because everything has went up in price but we did not not tip because honestly the worst waitress I have ever had. When she got the machine back she slammed it on the wall edge right next to my head and walked away. I had my two sons with me! I have been known to leave $40 tips for good waitresses. Will never come back here!"

"Emanuel was our waiter this evening. He provided great service. They ate having an endless bowl promotion at this location for the month of September. You purchase a large bowl. When you are finished with it, you are given a small bowl. To back and fill as many times as you like. No togo's on this promotion."

"Update : 9 months later and the “create your own bowl” is disappointing if ordered on the app. I paid $12 for a small create a bowl and it was mediocre to say the least, I usually get a pretty good portion when I order regular menu bowls or go in store. I don’t expect an over stuffed bowl but to get what I got today was upsetting and not worth the money. My husbands chophouse was skimpy as well. Ordered curbside and sat in the car for 5 minutes watching an employee look out the windows at me and then at the counter to my order and never bring it out so I ended up having to go inside anyway. Meh."

"Unimpressed. Came for dinner at 7pm, there were like 3 other groups in the entire restaurant. We were seated pretty quickly and drinks were brought out, but that’s where the positive experience ends. It took a considerable amount of time to get our food and it wasn’t even brought out by the server we were assigned. I saw our server coming in from a smoke break and didn’t check on our table one single time. Never was offered any refills on the drinks we ordered, never came by to see if our food was good, total neglect. The icing on this experience was the computer for tipping suggests a 20% tip to START. Maybe this was an off night, maybe not. I’ve been to other GG locations that were not nearly this bad."
