"This store is so horrible. Poor management, Took for ever to place the order, then food arrived late and only half. Driver asked for the receipt to make sure I wasn’t lying, then said I need to call the store. I did put in hold manager and to be told no refund can’t be made for their mistake and they were aware of it. And at the end I was even cal an As…e to ask for my money back no the food 2 hours later. @Pizza Hut"

"I ordered 8 pizzas at 4pm, to arrive at 8:30pm. At 8:50pm, I called the store because on the app it showed the pizzas delivered and they weren't. The store manager first stated she didn't see my order, then found it and stated the driver had been out delivering for a while. I let her know our food had not been delivered and it was approaching 1/2 hour late. She left me on hold for 40 minutes to contact the driver that showed up at my door with cold pizzas at 9:40pm. Terrible food, service as well as customer service!"

"Called in an order for my granddaughters dance school Christmas party. I was instructed it would be 20 mins. I arrived in 20 mins and was told by front counter gentleman that it would be another 5 or 10 mins. I decided to wait because I needed the pizza. I wanted to go ahead and pay while waiting and only had a $100 bill and no card or smaller cash. I was told they did not accept large bills. I asked for the manager and she said general manager would not allow them to accept $50 or $100 in bills, prompting me to have to leave and go to another store to get change. Before I left I asked the manager how much longer for the pizza. I saw her talking to someone in the back, but several minutes had passed and she never made it back up front so I left to go get change. You would think after being gone approximately 10 minutes my pizza would be ready, it still was not. However, the manager wanted to chastise me for leaving to go get change before she could tell me my pizza was still being worked on or yet hadn’t been started. Needless to say she said they were cutting my pizza, yes 2 out of 4. The other two were just being placed in the oven. Just poor service all the way around. I watched one guy on the line making pizzas. Not once did this manager step up to the plate to offer to help this individual after she told me they had many orders to fill. She stood in the kitchen with her hands on her hip. The young guy at the register when not taking the next customer had his personal phone on with his earbud in. Things could have been expedited a whole lot quicker if there was team work displayed. Only good thing that came out of this is the young girls and parents enjoyed the pizza. Thank you to the young man who made it."

"I sent my parents to pick up my order, Large pizza , medium pizza and 2 order of wings. My dad goes in and they hand him a medium pizza and 2 wing orders. He tells them he’s missing a pizza and they tell him no he did not have a large pizza. Then he tells them I paid 50$ and a large pizza was part of our order. Samantha comes out and tells my dad it will be 15 more minutes. We ordered 30 minutes before that. Okay. They wait. My mom goes inside, explains how there is a family of 6 waiting at home for Friday night pizza, Samantha replies they only waiting for 6 minutes. Not true. My mom asks for some type of compensation and Samantha Hands her a 2 liter Diet Pepsi (with attitude) and my mom asks her name, she got mad and took the 2 liter back, then when our order is ready my mom asks for ranch and her reply is that they are out of ranch. 50$ for soggy cold pizza, attitude, and all in all ruined moods for our Friday evening. Very disappointing."

"Yesterday I ordered a thin & crispy with chicken and jalapeños. I requested extra sauce and PAID FOR extra cheese and extra chicken because in all honesty if you don’t order extra cheese and sauce the pizza is pretty bland. The extra chicken was only because the special was for 3 toppings. The toppings were regular, nothing extra about it but the worse part is, it was burnt. I told the manager before leaving and she tried to argue that it was because it was thin & crispy and all their pizzas stay in the oven the exact same time. I literally order this same pizza every week from this same location and it’s never burnt like that and they usually honor the request for extra toppings. I guess it depends on who’s in charge that day. I just let it go because it had been a long day but when I attempted to eat it, it tasted as burnt as it looked, completely inedible. I’m almost glad they didn’t put the extra toppings because since it was too burnt to eat, it would’ve been a waste…just like my money."
