"manager at this mcdonald's location was rude and hasty, insisted we ordered as fast as possible. younger drive through lady was also very non-chalant and was to busy talking with co-worker's to finish our order; we sat there for about 15 minutes at the window until she grabbed the food that was sitting out the whole time! not to mention, ordered a spicy mc chicken and recieved a regular one with the spicy wrapper on it; must've been intentional..."
"Took 40 min+ to get my order. Drive thru line didn’t move for 20 min. Went inside had to ask 3 people to check the status of the order and I was told my order was ready and had to wait for it to be signed out. Manager was incredibly rude and told workers I had to wait like everybody else when my food was ready, they just had to hand it to me. Will never be back to this location. Disappointing service."
"I had a free cone from the app, my cone was almost melted when they gave it to me asked the person what was wrong with it because it didn't look like the regular cones they give you when you BUY them and she said nothing and all she gave me was a cup for my melting cone lol. This happened November 29,2023 at 3:15 pm. It's not the first time that when I get something free from the app it always comes with an issue."
"If you order on the app and do curbside pickup, they will not take your order out. You’ll have to go inside and ask for it. When you order from Uber eats orders are correct about 80% of the time."
