"My nearby McDonald's... I don't come here anymore bc the staff is rude. I hate picking up door dashes from here during lunch bc the front guy who doesn't ever say hi to anyone or asks anyone what they need or ever smiles, sucks. He's a smaller guy, afro hair, yeah, well, he needs to work on his customer service. Greeting customers is very important. Asking them what they're there for is another important thing aside from taking orders. He doesn't even ask THEM anything. He just rings in whatever they say and tells them the total and walks off. My door dash order was ready, and until the MANAGER lady came out to ask me what I needed, he handed it to me. Today's FOH cashier on 3/1/24. You guys should consider moving him to the back and out a friendly individual up front with a sense of urgency."

"I have NEVER heard of a business that won’t accept a debit card at 3:30 in the morning! I pulled up to this location and they said they were not serving breakfast! I said fine I’ll take a plain hamburger and small fries. When I went to pay they said cash only! The manager may need to look into the employees are pocking the cash into their pockets!"

"They need to work on efficiency. And between 2-4 in the morning you can't use card but cash only because they said their system is down, which is inconvenient because a lot of places around that area go to lunch during those times. Other than that, work on getting fresh hot food , double checked and delivered to their customers could be better."

"This has to be one of the best McDonald's in the Metroplex. I would know I travel all over the state for work. The employees here are always so cheerful early in the morning and the management staff is also on point. I had been coming here every morning for about a week, and one morning my card chip wasn't working properly and the manager comped my breakfast. It was just a McGriddle, but she saved me the hassle of having to go somewhere else etc. I really appreciated that. I didn't get their name, but it was the short, skinny Spanish lady. Thank you so much for being so kind and helping my morning stay amazing. I hope you keep this up, and treat others the same. Your awesome."
