"I was told to come up here anytime to replace an order that had been made wrong a manager said they’d write my name down. I called and Gary said they’re not at fault I’d have to. Contact DoorDash he didn’t seven attempt to look up my name nor the order Gary the manager just quickly dismissed what I was saying so Monday I will call corporate."

"We did my daughters 5th birthday party here and it was enjoyable and the food was good, minus the birthday cake which looked like someone had an oopsie and tried to fix. Which was dissapointinh. Also the price was high but the kids really enjoyed themselves. A couple of broken games but all in all would do again unless the price goes up."

"Horrible experience ! We were there January 6for my daughter’s birthday and it was terrible. First off she’s small and gets excited about seeing chucky ! He was very lame ! No dancing with them nothing ! Just standing there looking around it was terrible ! Then most of the games were not working but they would take the credit out of my daughter’s card. I definitely won’t be coming back. It was my daughters wish to go but it was terrible."

"Overly priced. I ended paying 18 dollars for a salad. You okay or minutes now. That's not good either. Most machines were not working. The place was very clean though and my son did meet Chucky"

"We didn't eat just wanted to have some fun. As a single mother of 2 boys ages 5 and 9 this was a great place to go. They also had the option to buy a game card with points or minutes. The minutes one worked so well for me and my family. I only wanted to be there for an hour and so once the time was up my boys were good to go. Rather than fight because big brother used more points to play and now we're all out we all got to play game after game! The restaurant was very clean. We had a blast!!"
