"Our second attempt since 2020, why can't their crust toast to a crispy crunchy finish? Is the crust made of flour tortilla? Do your test, get one and use any method to make it crunchy without burning it. As northerners, we can not find a pizza that favors adults and not just neglected minors. HEB prices are terrific!"
"Love the pizza and the HEB, haha.. but there's a dude who is very obviously irritated to deal with any customers. In fact it seems he is actively trying to deter you from placing orders at the kiosk. He was even arguing and blowing off another customer for another issue. We went during a rush and had trouble placing an order at the kiosk, I got his attention and alerted him to the issue, makes eye contact and looks frustrated and totally ignores me. He then looks back to see if I go to the other longer line kiosk. When I go to the other kiosk, I wait out the line and he tells me the time to get the pizza is now 50 minutes, up from 25. "Like FIVE ZERO!" Visibly overwhelmed or frustrated. Look, I get it... being overwhelmed and a massive line sucks man and I get you just want to go home. Maybe you need more help? However, ignoring issues, trying to get other people not to order, and being visibly irritated... it isn't a good look or time for anyone. Please do better. I'm rooting for you."
"Pizza at this place is really good especially when you consider how much it cost. The staff is great. They’re normally very busy but they do a good job with customer service. The atmosphere is what it is. It’s inside the H-E-B grocery store so obviously they are more focused on the atmosphere for the grocery store versus the atmosphere for eating in. That said they do have a really nice outdoor picnic area immediately after you exit the store."
"Ordered from this place and I got a really burnt pizza and another which was suppose to be a pizza with additional in a bowl! I just got sauce in a bowl with topping no Dough. How embarrassing that people like this work at this place and that people don’t want to do the job that they are getting paid for same people that get mad when someone doesn’t tip them when I’m reality they don’t deserve it. Lazy people work here."
