"Inconsiderate employees making me wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged for a Doordash order only to be told "15 more minutes". If a small amount of time was given for 1 of the THREE employees to come to the front and give an update for our orders I would have unassigned and saved valuable time. "F" you Papa John's!"
"NEW CHEESY CALZONE STUFFED CRUST. Im on the fence with this one but leaning more toward save your money. The crust does taste good but it's annoying how thin they make the rest of the pizza. It's like thin carboard. (See pic) I forgot that the pizza companies do this with stuffed crust items. If you don't mind thin crust pizza then you might like it. I prefer a thicker bottom . It tasted like I was just eating meat only pretty much. The oreo bites & calzone were ok. Oddly they tasted much better at room temperature. I was so disappointed in the taste after eating just one that I didn't eat any more and left them on the counter. That same night hours later I tried another one of each and it tasted better. Previous review: Picked up an order for someone and so I got to try the the new Twix bites. If you see my picture, no they don't look all that good but taste is another story. If you like a sweet creamcheesy doughy kind of thing. It *almost taste like a smores but stuffed inside dough. That's the best way i can describe it. I really liked it."
"I'm soo pissed! I ordered online, traveled in the rain & they didn't fix my order. I had to WAIT! Did they try to compensate me in any way? Did they apologize? Customer service is at an all-time low."
"Walked in to pick up my order and I asked a young man have he been helped and he said you go ahead. Why was 2 of the employee just looking at me not saying I'll be right with you or nothing. Then 1 of guys came and asked my name and walked away. The guy making the pizza came and helped. This was my first and last time here"
"I try for them everytime and it fails. Ordered pick up and my pizza was missing all the middle cheese. No I didn't check my pizza I was on a set time schedule. Also who would expect someone to actually put that messed up pizza in a box under the heat lamp waiting for pick up."
