"Ordered a pizza as we entered. We ate from buffet while waiting for our pizza which never came. As we started to leave we were told that they over looked our pizza. Although we got to take it to go we ate what we didn't want. Brownies were hard as if they were stale."
"Cicis pizza is only good if you are really hungry and there is nowhere else to eat. If we had explored the area a little more, we probably would have found a better pizza place. They really did not have a large selection of pizzas to choose from so the food was just okay. We got our plates and went through the line. I went to get my drink and filled my glass with ice and a large screw was in the ice. I pointed this out to the manger and he took the glass and I never saw him again. But, if that had been my store, I would have taken the drinks off of the order but, he didn't do a thing. A person finally brought me a new glass and she apologized up and down for that problem. Don't spend your money or time here unless you are really hungry, low on funds and don't have time to eat anywhere else."
"I love eating at cicis after work. There's nothing wrong here, food wise, but some guy who works here keeps trying to start conversations while we eat, and it's kind of annoying. The dude is really nice, but walking back and forth to my table periodically and showing me random videos while i try to eat is not how i want to spend my lunch. All im asking is for this guy to back off a bit. He walked over and interrupted us 5 different times."
"I purchased 3 chicken noodle soups to go. I got to the soup station and started putting the soup in the cups and there were no bits of chicken in the broth at all. I had to add noodles to the broth. I also purchased a large sweet tea and there was no tea. I asked them to make some and the lady told me that I can get unsweetened tea and put sweetener In it. It is the same thing. It is not in fact the same thing. Sugar is how sweet tea is supposed to be made. I like the food, but the service was not very good in my opinion."
"This location was very friendly, helpful and clean. The staff was eager to assist in gluten-free options. They made “pizza bowls” with sauce, cheese and toppings of my choice. The buffet was full and refreshed constantly. And the restroom and game room were well maintained. I also observed the tables were busted quickly during my stay."
