"I went into Zumiez the other day just looking for a new skateboard. Jacob was working solo that evening, and it was decently busy. He did an amazing job of making sure I was taken care of as well as assisting other shoppers. I ended up getting a few shirts and pants that Jacob showed me were on sale also. Super cool dude. Hats off to Jacob for excellent customer service! It's folks like him that really make the experience in the store."
