Lady said since the tag is already off I can't return it because it's policy but I have the tag right here. Dumbest policy I've ever heard!"

"Literally just bought a fully priced shirt that ended up being way off size! Tried to take it back with tags and they wouldn’t let me!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS policies. This was also only 15 minutes after the fact, AND w receipts!!! If you don’t want ppl returning stuff, SIZE YOUR CLOTHING CORRECTLY"

"Very upset. Walked in 25 mins before closing and took a few minutes to find my size in a top and just as i was about to walk to the counter i had an employee walk up to me and tell me i had to leave and they could not take a few minutes to cash out my item because she had a life too. I then put my item back and walked out. The girl was very rude and that is what drives customer away. Lost a sale because she was in a hurry to leave"

"Girl with short red hair and glasses was complaining that I was “the first customer to go up for a return”. I’m sorry sweetheart it’s your job at the service desk to checkout AND return! She was complaining the whole time like I couldn’t hear her. Listen we’ve all worked some customer service at one point, I’d understand if I was being difficult, but I was trying to return TWO items. Plain and simple."

"I can't even browse peacefully without being stopped 10 times by 10 different staff members who parrot the same shpeal. And the sizes are completely off. And I tried to return some clothing and I had the receipt and the original tags but one small tag was not attached with the plastic piece and they refused to refund it to me. They said if it falls off in the store they can reattach it but they can't if it comes off in my possession, even though the tag hole wasn't even torn. It was petty and rude and she claimed to be the "manager". I will be glad to never shop here again."
