"So I made an online order for a pair of Converse for my son and a pair of Timberland boots for myself as I had an event coming up and needed them asap. I go to pick up my order and the girl at the register checked to make sure the converse were correct but not the boots. I get home and open the Timberland box, pretty excited I might add cause I’ve been wanting that particular pair for a while, but when I look in the box there’s tennis shoes in there. And a pair of tennis shoes that I’ve never even seen before, couldn’t even tell you the brand. And they had been worn a while. Well I go back to the store and show them the disappointment that I had. Now I was under the impression that I could get another pair even if it’s not the same exact ones and it be an even trade. Well they didn’t have anymore of the ones I wanted so I picked another pair. I go to check out and the price difference is like $90 and I was told they wouldn’t swap them out. They didn’t even offer a discount or anything, didn’t even attempt to work with me even though it was their screw up!! Needless to say, I will never shop at DSW ever again. And that goes for all my friends and family as well. So disappointing; do better DSW before y’all don’t have a customer base at all!!!!"
