"Tried to come shopping they had a sign on the door stating they will open shortly they are doing inventory. So I guess they’d rather just lose business then do inventory after hours at the end of each day. I saw so many people come and go due to the locked doors during regular business hours when they were supposed to be open. Poor Management"
"I’ve never been to rack room shoes and I will never return ! As soon as I walked through the door two ladies were standing at the counter and one yelled we close in 6minutes! What a way to be welcomed by a store! Very unprofessional!!! That is not how you relay that your store would be Closing in 6minutes!! Do better ladies!"
"My wife and I came to this location to shop for some shoes. I wasn't happy at all. We left without buying anything. They didn't have the size I was looking for in any brands. The employees seemed more concerned with looking at their phones and socializing, rather than assisting customers. I asked one of the associates for some assistance getting a pair of shoes and the person looked at me like I was inconveniencing her or interrupting her conversation with the other, equally unhelpful co-worker. I won't be going back to this Rack Room Shoes location. Terrible first impression!"
"Today I went to the rack room shoes to shop. The sign said close at 6pm and they had there doors lock at a quarter till 6pm so dispointed in this place won't be back. If your hours say 6pm they should not lock the doors till 6pm"
"Nice selection from infant to wide sizes in dress shoes, casual wear, athletic. Prices are from reasonably moderate to moderate high. The only real drawback, which is common to area, selection of shoes for narrow width is not available. Eclectic styles for cross section of people from every day to dressy style."
