"Spent over 1k in this store for Christmas one item I purchased was a pair of boots for my son, which I was told if they don’t fit I can return them now they don’t have that style in his size and that they were on clearance and I can’t return them for a refund. I wasn’t aware they were on clearence nor was I told they were. They offer no help in this situation but to spend more money at there establishment. I will never spend another dime in this store. Their 14 year old employees are definitely no help at all either #badreview1"
"Always great place to shop, outside of a little hovering from sales people. Shout out to Grayson and Emma. They were both knowledgeable in the products and helped me find the right pair of boots and jeans. Grayson even listened to my jean preferences, recommended a new brand and style and was able to change my mind on what I was looking for. I appreciate the intentionality to help me find what I was after."
"Only enter if you’re dressed in your finest attire. They won’t even acknowledge your presence. Even though I patiently waited for the guys in the boot section to finish assisting other customers, they completely ignored me when I walked in. As I left, walked by both of them, they stood with arms crossed, waiting for the next sale. They watched the customer walk away. Don’t judge a book by its cover boys."
