"BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY!!!!! If it is a HOT TICKET ITEM which is NOT ADVERTISED AS HOT TICKET ITEM you WILL NOT be allowed to return, you will only be able to exchange and pay a difference. MAKE SURE BEFORE BEFORE YOU BUY IF YOU CAN RETURN. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS NOT A HOT TICKET ITEM. Be careful here with your hard earned money. Ps. Manager said the notice is BEHIND the register and they are SUPPOSED TO VERBALLY TELL YOU. Unfortunately I was not told. Be careful out there folks!!!!!"

"If we are spending $300 for a few shirts and caps then I expect the staff to be friendly. They are not. Something didn’t fit so we returned it and you would have thought we ruined their day. My 5 year old had to potty, so I asked if they had a restroom and they said no. I’m guessing the staff must hold it their entire shift or walk to chick fil a the way I did when they have to pee. Thanks but no thanks. This place and their staff sucks worse than tech football team this year."
