"I’ve had just a handful of authentic Chicago Deep dish pizzas in the DFW metroplex over the years. Many pizza joints claim to be deep dish but they’re just a glorified pan pizza. Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. I picked my baby up just as she finished cooking. I could see her slowly rolling out of the oven. She went in the box fresh and was too hot for me to eat in the store. There were only two garden tables in the restaurant so you’re not going to do much dinning in. This is definitely a to go or deliver joint. Limited seating aside, this pie is worth the wait/planning ahead. I couldn’t wait to get home. I knew she had cooled off enough to eat. Her aroma had filled the cabin and I couldn’t resist. I pulled into a secluded parking lot and slowly opened her box. She was hot and ready. She had a thin, crispy, flakey, buttery yet sturdy crust. A staple of an authentic deep dish. The layer of mozzarella at the bottom was warm and stringy as I pulled my slice away from the rest of the perfectly cut pizza. The layered toppings covered in Rosati’s marina were too eye appealing and tasted like heaven. Picture perfect. I can’t wait to go back."

"I found this place while looking for some good pizza, but not wanting to buy a whole big meal...the 1 slice and drink was perfectly perfect. The place is very small, so don't expect to dine-in...they only had small bar window seating for 4 people max. Anyways, the slice I had was very flavorful and the best quality I've had from an Italian place, that isn't a national chain...so without hesitation I recommend it."

"I had order two 14 inch stuffed deep dish pizzas, the wait was optimal, great customer service at the counter, once we got home and opened the pizza boxes, 2/10 wouldn't do it again, chunks of tomatoes and whole tomatoes skins, watery tomatoes sauce coming off every slice, the pizza had a consistency of a soggy tomato casserole. None of the toppings stayed on the slices when trying to discern where one slice started or ended, we ultimately had to put the pizza in our own oven for 30 mins to try and leave it decent to eat."
