"Called and told the clerk I had a pair of Cinch Jeans that I received for a Christmas present and wanted to exchange them. He said because the jeans were not purchased from them they could not exchange them. Called Boot Barn and spoke with Carl the manager and he said he would be glad to exchange them for the one’s I needed. He and his staff were very cordial and helped me without any problem. Will be doing my business with Boot Barn in the future."
