"Worst customer service ever messed up my order two times in a row pizza was over cooked and they where very rude about it claimed to replace my order and did not add a credit I ordered again I asked for my pizza to be cut in squares they did not do so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM The MANAGER MS.CHRISTINE WQS VERY RUDE AND UN HELPFUL I REALLY WISH I COULD HAVE MY REFUND OR CREDIT ADDED BUT There Gm Is To Busy To Handle My Little Order"
"Didn’t give my DoorDash driver my 2 liter of Mountain Dew, wings were dry when I ordered garlic parmesan, and order was even 20 minutes late. Don’t order here! I used to even work for this location, please don’t, they have a very nasty store in the kitchen (the tile has black build up along the grout and there’s always food under the ovens..)"
"I attempted to order my pizza online, but had online payment issues with the app. I then went on to call and make the order by phone and their price for the same order was $11 more. My online cart order was $26 and they were saying it would be $37 by phone. I told them about my issues with the app and requested to match the price in my online cart, but they refused and said the online prices and offers were not available by phone (even though I tried to order online!). After asking them to match the price or I would order somewhere else they hung up on me. Will not be ordering here again. I see why they have 2.9 stars on google now."
"DO NOT ORDER HERE! quite literally the most unprofessional place ever, coming as someone who is gm for my own restaurant. i ordered food and was missing items, i tried to be respectful and got the run around on how it was ‘door dashes’ fault. the managers don’t care about customer experience and will not take accountability for mistakes AT ALL. do not waste your time. i asked for a refund or resolution and the manager in question offered to ‘leave a note’ for his gm. what a waste."
"Ordered some Cinnabon rolls. These are completely raw. Sort of warm but not cooked at all. Attempted to call the store 10+ times. It rings for 1.5 minutes then hangs up."
