"I went to the store yesterday and the customer service was horrible. What I can only assume were managers were very rude and short. Even after I questioned the price of the jeans I was buying it was as of I offended everyone working there by asking a question. After my purchase was completed no one even acknowledged me. Very poor customer service."

"I love that they don't photoshop their pictures. I love the body positivity and love written on post it notes stuck to the changing room mirrors. Everything is so cute and such good quality, and affordable. I can't believe I used to spend a ton of money on a bra at victoria's secret and blame my body that it didn't fit right. Aerie is a breath of fresh air."
