"Found some pants that I liked only one young guy asked if I needed a dressing room and everyone else was just standing behind the counter talking and when I went to pay had to wait about 10 minutes just to pay when all of them were just standing behind the counter talking still then this other boy took another customer before me that wasn't in line he got to pay before me which at that point I almost walked out but I really needed my pants so I just waited to pay. I really like your clothes but your customer service needs help."
"Came into the store really depleted and frustrated not having found many things in the mall that fit properly or looked good. The only employee that went out of there way to greet and help me was Sarah. She was extraordinary and a true stylist. Every single thing she picked out fit perfectly, she put me in things I would have never picked on my own but were exactly what I was missing the whole time. I have since recommended so many people to her, even people that don't normally shop at hollister and they have all had the same experience. This woman far exceeded any of my expectations of an associate and went above and beyond to make sure I felt amazing. If you need any assistance in this store do not ask for anyone but her, she is a genius when it comes to clothes and styling and it will leave you feeling like a million bucks!! Ps- Sarah is always easy to spot in the store- she is the best dressed and most helpful employee! Can't recommend her enough!"
"We came her looking for my daughter new Jean's. Sarah was super helpful. She was training another associate and still made time to help my daughter. End result we walked out with 4 pairs and a very happy 11yr old"
"I've been in this store a couple of times and I've never had a good experience. No one talks to me or sees if I need help, which I needed help today but didn't receive it. The employees are nowhere to be seen although I could hear them near the registers. Although there's a job to be done, it shouldn't be put before customer service."
