"Manager, assistant manager and cashiers are not properly trained on how to handle gift cards in store. My sons purchase was declined after presenting a gift card, cashier kept telling my son he had a zero balance on card, neither of the employees knew how to handle the issue. I had to call customer relations, they were able to bring up the transaction with the time stamp where the cashier charged 100.00 on the gift card. After the in store employees didn’t follow the appropriate protocol to check their POS system. My thought was, in house employees are stealing gift card information and taking advantage of the customers."
"The Return Policy For Online Orders Is Strange They Will Refund Your Card, Taking Up To 7 Business Days And Don't Allow You To Exchange In Store For Sizes That Don't Fit Would Not Recommend Buying Online"
