"Worst customer experience I have ever come across. They monogrammed my initials incorrectly, and then called me and said that it was somehow my fault. The lady was incredibly rude, and told me she "has done thousands of these." Quite frankly, I do not have the time or energy to argue with them, and told them to keep the jacket, and I will just lose the money. They lost a customer, and this apparently does not bother them."
