"Love love love my Ross stores but here lately when I have gone about an hour after they open the aisles are trashed with clothes all over the floor. Both the ones on slide and this one are horrible I understand no one wants to work now days but at least pick up everything and put them in baskets before you close up."
"As a retail worker I don’t understand why they can’t have someone else at the register during rush hours. They only have a new girl, poor girl was trying her best but the line was way tooo long cause no one else was helping her. Waited 20 min when there was only 3 people in front of me"
"I just left this location and had a less than pleasant experience. While the cashier that took care of us was super sweet and friendly it was hard to get pass the manager, Kaitlynn, yelling at all the patrons to take their garments off the hangers and put their carts back in the corral. I realize that this is something that should be a given, however I don’t need someone yelling it at me like I’m a 5 year old when I’m spending my hard earned money at the store you manage. It was very unprofessional and simply rude."
"This review is NOT for the store. I came in this previous Saturday. I was seriously disappointed. There was a looong line for checkout. It really is disappointing that customers don’t know how to pick up after themselves. Picked up and hung back 10 different things. You wonder why no one wants to work in customer service anymore. They don’t get payed enough to have to deal with all that. Do better customers!!!"
