"I asked my husband to return items I ordered online that didn’t work for me. He did not have the card I used or my social security number ? And was told by the associate that he would be issued a gift card. My husband unknowingly accepted. When I was informed, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I politely told her that I didn’t want a card for in store credit that I wanted the merchandise credited back to the card I used. She placed me on hold and when she returned to our call she had a different attitude. “Gina” stated that her associate didn’t force my husband to accept the card for in store credit that he agreed to it. I kindly explained that he didn’t understand the transaction. She then had the audacity to say, “He could have called you and asked you for your social security number.” I said ma’m he DID try calling me. I’m at work and I could not answer until my break. Gina continued speaking to me as if I was a child and calling me “hun”. She said with an attitude “Hun we don’t have your social on file.” (OF COURSE NOT!) I told her that my husband was on his way back to the store. (Bless his heart) Gina then said, “I can’t promise you that the transaction can be cancelled hun.” She was rude and unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate her speaking to me in such a manner. For the record my husband did go back and the transaction was successful. He stated Gina was not very friendly towards him. I’ve never had an issue at this store and I am truly disappointed."

"I was never called that my online order was in had I not looked in my emails, I wouldn't know. I went to pick up my order and I guess they don't do the 50% one item in store when picking up my online order because I wasn't told by cashier. The cashier was somewhat short and not very pleasant!!"

"Well their products are nice, Staff is somewhat helpful. Staff needs to be knowledgeable on the rewards program and how it works. "The staff here are great. The moment you walk in they let you know all the sales they have going on so that you know where to save money! They do not hesitate to ask if you need help and are always quick to answer questions. Definitely going to keep going for all my clothes!"

"Went in to find shorts - i know bad time of the year for that. All the summer stuff was moved to the back and on 40% clearance. The staff was friendly and asked several times if I needed assistance. Although I dont come here often - I cant afford too many clothes - I can always find what I need or want here. I didnt have my Lane Bryant catd with me, but there was no problem for the staff to look it up for me."
