"The ladies were very friendly and helpful. Really fun items for almost any occasion. I actually found an item I really loved and couldn't believe it was in the clearance section. Plus got an additional discount at the register. Oh, and signed up for rewards and got several more discounts towards my next visit there. I usually never find anything my size on clearance items in most stores. So it was a great win for me. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again beautiful ladies for great service and love the merchandise."
"I had some online orders delivered to the store, but it was a little bit longer than the allotment of time to pick up because I was traveling from two hours away to get there. Staff was very friendly and agreed to hold my items a few extra days so that I could get there for pick up. When I tried things on and had to exchange them for different sizes, there were no problems at all. Even the other customers were friendly and enjoying trying on clothes and seeing what new styles were in. I’ll be back."
"I LOVE this place. It’s my go-to for all my clothes. It can be really hard as a bigger woman to find pieces that fit my edgier style, and Torrid has all my favorite looks in spades. The prices are reasonable, and their sale section is always, always a win for me- especially when there’s a discount on clearance!! Crazy good deals. But even better than that, the staff are all incredible! I have never had a bad experience with them, and they always have amazing suggestions. They are all so, so encouraging and friendly and I just love them all. I especially want to brag on Kat, who got me through an emotional self-conscious moment with an incredible pep talk and the warmest hug. Torrid is far and away my favorite place to shop!"
