"Incredibly rude ??owner?? who was offended by normal, sincere questions about products. (And I didn’t even slightly let on that it was the only thing in the store full of hideous, tacky, cheap, satin, ruffled monstrosities I’d even consider buying, and that I was really trying hard to find a way to spend a little money in there by even asking about the only necklace I didn’t hate.) She was completely unaccommodating about trying on jewelry, even though I could’ve easily done so without asking. Several times I assumed I was misunderstanding her intent, and proceeded politely from different angles, until it became apparent that she didn’t want my business and was absolutely & intentionally being icy & rude, repeatedly. So I left instead of buying the $27 gold toned (not dipped or plated - straight cheap gold painted metal for $27!) necklace I never wanted. I guess that’s one way to run a small business. Into the ground."
"Piper lubbock is great store for cute outfits. Also the staff were amazing, so polite, and generous. The issue that I have with this business is noting can be refundable even tho on there website it is shown that refunds are accepted by 14 day limit, good condition clothing/unworn, and a having receipt. I checked all three boxes. Their clothes are too expensive. You can literally get the same quality of cute clothes at other stores for cheaper prices. This place is not a shopping store for affordable prices. Literally a rip-off!"

Karson was extremely sweet and helpful, making sure that we felt welcomed and if we needed any assistane at any point! So excited to wear my new dress and skirt!
