Unlike Dollar General, I loved it when they opened up 2 blocks from my house, but now for the last 4 months they have been having problems they say with there system. "Customer service sucks. Was trying to buy flowers they have them all over the place on top of racks. When I suggested that they make it easier she has an attitude saying that is how corporate had them do it. I asked her could she let them know that it's hard for us to find what we need. She had an attitude. I left because of the customer service went to Dollar tree a couple of doors down and they are very organized helpful and excellent customer service"
"Went in today to return a pair of shoes i had purchased the day before. I was only returning them because the right shoe said size 7 and fit like a 7 but the left shoe said 7 but felt smaller. After i wore them for like 15 min I looked closer and the left shoe said 7 on the sole but 6 on the flap...the manager would not let me return them because "they were worn" and they could not be resold. Hello you cant sell them anyways because they are not the same size. She was very rude and lacked serious management skills. Needless to say i left the shoes and will never return again."
