"I recently hosted a gathering in the private party room. DeBrand was great to work with planning the event. Very responsive and everything was set up perfectly when we arrived. The sundaes were excellent!"
"Ice cream was very good as usual. However, they have really gone down hill. My husband, 2 friends and I went last night. We ordered two sundaes and 3 hot chocolates. It took 30 minutes to get our desserts and drinks! My husband finally went up to check on them because it usually takes 5-10 minutes. Other people were complaining too but we didn't want to be "those people". But, after 25 minutes and other people coming and going after we came in, it was a tad ridiculous. Also, the table next to us was filthy and the floor was even worse. There were plenty of people working so being understaffed wasn't the issue."
"We bought some chocolates and when we got home we realized we were charged for an extra box of chocolates. We called them and explained the situation. They were super helpful and asked us to come back in. When we arrived, they gave us the box of chocolates we were charged for, and a few extra surprises. They were so apologetic for the trouble, and more than made up for it! Not only are their chocolates the best, the customer service was top notch!"

"This was such a FUN, unique and truly DELICIOUS experience! The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour is very affordable, there are a ton of yummy samples and you get a coupon for $10 with the purchase of each ticket! Parking is amazing and the atmosphere is very bougie and relaxing."
