"Unorganized management scams employees they hire in spring into working 7 days a week, with the promise of winters with less work. Then, after they are up and running for the summer, they fire the overworked, under-paid employees so they don't have to pay them during the winter. I do not envy their karma."
"I would not use this company. Our HOA Fishers ( Parkshore) uses this company for pool maintenance and lifeguards. Multiple times they have either not shown up to open or closed early without any notice. The manager has issues with how to manage his staff. I would look elsewhere for a better quality company."

Management will make promises to you in the beginning, but never follow through with them. Employees are underpaid, overworked, and unappreciated. I would not recommend working for this company."

"It isn't easy being green, but AMI managed to make our condo pool the green color you see in the last picture. And shut us down for two of three summer holidays. We paid them $600 /week and they tried to say it was our fault that the pool was green and murky."
